A good result as Barbers Shop hacked up by 17 lengths. Oscar Park was upsides when he fell but Barbers Shop was still on the bridle and Im confident he would have taken care of Oscar Park had he stayed on his feet. Either way its a profit of 3.69 points on the bet.

I'm nowhere near getting this
Its been backed straight back in. Was available for a minute or so after I posted so the bet will certainly stand on the blog.
By the way I only got 2.48 as I backed it before I posted on the blog but 2.76 was the price at the time of posting. It then shot out to a high of 2.86 before being heavily punted.

Why did fortune smile on us. Our horse was on the bridle and when the danger fell. Certainly made it easier for us, but I would have expected to win even had Oscar stayed on his feet.
